Spicy Chickpeas

ingredients

400gr chickpeas, cooked
¼ cup nutritional yeast
1 tsp cayenne powder (use only ½ tsp if you don't like too hot)
1 tsp cracked black pepper
Sprinkle of sea salt

cooking procedure

  1. Combine all ingredients in a bowl.
  2. Line a greased baking tray with baking paper or aluminium/tin foil and spread out the mixture evenly.
  3. Cook in moderate oven for 10 minutes, mix and then another 5-10 minutes or until brown.
  4. Cool slightly before eating.
