20 mins + setting time to chill
250g vegan dark chocolate
1/2 tsp Agar Agar powder
2.5 Tbs Aarowroot powder
3 Tbs raw sugar
2.5 cups soy milk
1/2 tsp vanilla essence
1 Tbs maple syrup
- break chocolate into pieces and place in heat proff bowl over boiling water to melt, while chocolate is melting go to step 2
- place Aarowroot powder, Agar powder and 1/2 cup of soy milk in med size sauce pan mix together breaking down any lumps, then add the rest of soy milk, vanilla, sugar, and maple syrup mix together.
- place saucepan on med heat and stir continuously approx 5 - 10 min until starts to thicken to a thin custard consistency , then add melted chocolate stir through and allow to thicken for approx 2 more minutes stirring constantly.
- remove from heat and pour into small serving bowls [ or tea cups are perfect] place in fridge to set serve chilled toped with berries or nuts if you choose.
