Rose Elliot also gives advice on balancing your meals to ensure you get enough protein and nutrients. It's not a hard slog however, the good news is that vegan food is the healthiest you can eat. You are much less likely to suffer from cancer, heart disease, food allergies and many other illnesses following Rose's advice.
